Regulatory Alignment at Scale

McGarity personnel currently support a cabinet-level agency’s Office of the Chief Procurement Officer in aligning its acquisition regulation, procurement handbook, class deviations, and template library with the government-wide FAR overhaul — a multi-year, part-by-part effort executed on a defined milestone schedule and briefed to agency leadership at regular intervals. The same team supports acquisition policy councils, executive briefing packages, and workforce communications for that office.
