A client who delivers compliance training in the US was looking for a vendor partner who could work with their subject matter expert to design and develop a customer active shooter training course.

Brief Description

McGarity partnered with the client’s in-house consultant, a former FBI agent to design and develop an interactive, 4-hour active shooter training course which included multimedia components, exercises slides, facilitator guides and participant workbooks.

Why It Worked

McGarity’s solution leveraged the expertise of a former FBI agent to develop content that reflected real-world situational challenges backed by proven law enforcement techniques. Combining expertise in law enforcement and instructional design resulted in an engaging, hands-on compliance course.
